Are you tired of driving to Ohio to get real fireworks? You can kiss that late June ritual goodbye because it appears that our Legislature is going to legalize real fireworks. No more wimpy sparklers and smoke bombs! Now we can get “aerial” fireworks!
Currently the bill has passed the House and is headed to the Senate. But why legalize “aerial” fireworks now? Well, this is another revenue generating scheme.
